Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Acceptance of the general conditions

By completing and validating the order form, the buyer accepts, without reservation, these general terms and conditions of sale.

2. Proof

The data recorded by LPDT Production Sàrl constitutes proof of all transactions between LPDT Production Sàrl and its customers. The data recorded by the payment system of LPDT Production Sàrl constitutes proof of transactions.

Notwithstanding other written evidence or any evidence stored on another durable medium accessible to the consumer, it is agreed that computerised records, stored in the computer systems of LPDT Production Sàrl or its host, may serve as proof of communications and the content of orders between the parties.

3. Offer, prices and invoicing

All products offered on the site are described in good faith and as accurately as possible. Offers and prices are valid on the day of consultation of the site; they may be modified without prior notice. Images presented on the site have no contractual value.

The prices proposed at the end of the order process indicate the total prices and include VAT and delivery charges. Prices are denominated in euros. LPDT Production Sàrl retains ownership of the goods sold until full payment of the price.

4. Order process

To place an order you must be aged 18 or over. Any order placed through the website www.lpdtproduction.com is deemed final. During the last step, a summary page of the order will be displayed including the ordered items and their specifications, the total price of the order including VAT and delivery charges, the delivery address and method, the billing address, and the payment terms.

5. Order confirmation

LPDT Production Sàrl sends the buyer an e-mail confirming their order as soon as possible.

6. Payment

Payments are made by bank transfer. Upon validation of the order, the buyer receives the bank details (IBAN and BIC) along with a payment QR code containing the amount and the order reference. The order will be processed upon receipt of payment. Any other payment method must be previously authorised by LPDT Production Sàrl.

7. Delivery and deadlines

Delivery charges are borne by the buyer and are communicated online at the time of the order, unless otherwise indicated (promotion). Free delivery is offered above a certain order amount, indicated on the site. Deadlines are given as an indication. If they cannot be met due to unforeseeable circumstances beyond the control of LPDT Production Sàrl, the customer will be notified by e-mail at the latest on the scheduled delivery date.

8. Risks and losses

The risk of damage or loss during delivery is borne by LPDT Production Sàrl. LPDT Production Sàrl has the ability to track a parcel and inform the customer of the delivery status upon simple request.

9. Right of withdrawal

The buyer has the right to notify LPDT Production Sàrl that they are withdrawing from the purchase without penalty and without giving any reason, within 14 calendar days from the day following receipt of the goods. Withdrawal must be communicated in writing by e-mail to info@lpdtproduction.com.

The goods must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition, within 14 days of LPDT Production Sàrl receiving the withdrawal notification. If the goods are not in their original packaging or have been damaged by the buyer, LPDT Production Sàrl reserves the right to claim damages or refuse restitution. Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer.

Exception: Due to the nature of the products (CBD), any opened or unsealed product cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

10. Warranty

These general conditions are without prejudice to the buyer's rights under the legal provisions relating to consumer sales. Products that do not conform to the description or are defective on receipt must be reported within 48 hours of delivery by e-mail to info@lpdtproduction.com, accompanied by photos. LPDT Production Sàrl will then arrange for replacement or refund.

11. Product compliance

All CBD products sold on www.lpdtproduction.com comply with applicable Swiss and European legislation. They contain less than 1% THC (Swiss standard). Products are intended exclusively for persons aged 18 and over. LPDT Production Sàrl cannot be held responsible for use that does not comply with the instructions provided.

12. Privacy - processing of personal data

Personal data relating to the buyer is processed by LPDT Production Sàrl in the context of managing its clientele (order processing, shipping, invoicing, etc.) and for direct marketing purposes. This data is not communicated to third parties. In accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the buyer has a right of access and rectification of data concerning them. 13. Disputes

Any dispute directly or indirectly related to the conclusion, interpretation or performance of the contract shall be exclusively governed by Swiss law. The courts of the registered office of LPDT Production Sàrl shall have sole jurisdiction in this matter.
