Yes, all our products comply with current European legislation. They contain less than 0.3% THC and come with certificates of analysis issued by independent laboratories.

The choice depends on your preferences and intended use. Flowers offer a complete aromatic experience, resins are more concentrated in terpenes, and concentrates (wax, crumble, shatter) are intended for experienced users seeking high CBD concentration.

We have chosen to offer some flowers enriched with cannabinoids in order to meet the expectations of customers looking for more noticeable effects than those usually associated with classic CBD.

However, we set one essential condition: to control the infusion and preparation process ourselves, from start to finish.

After several years of research and experience, we have developed our own method in order to preserve as much as possible the appearance, the aromas and the natural qualities of the CBD flower. The cannabinoids used are carefully selected and the products are analysed before being placed on the market.

Our goal is not to offer the most potent products possible, but to achieve a balanced, consistent and controlled result. Excessive dosing does not necessarily improve the experience: above all it increases the risk of adverse effects and encourages the development of tolerance.

It would nevertheless be incorrect to claim that overdosing is the only risk. The nature of the cannabinoid, its concentration, its purity, how regularly it is used, interactions with other substances as well as each person's own sensitivity must also be taken into account. Some cannabinoids can cause significant adverse effects, particularly in the event of an excessive concentration or repeated use.

We have never presented CBD as a miracle product nor as a guaranteed solution for quitting THC. We prefer honest communication: classic CBD and enriched products meet different expectations.

If cannabis containing THC were one day to be legally regulated and marketable, we would be in favour of a controlled, transparent market made up of analysed products rather than a market with no traceability.

We only sell the products and substances authorised in the country concerned at the time of sale. As regulations can change quickly and differ from one country to another, our selection is adapted on a regular basis. Several cannabinoids have already been banned or classified as narcotics because of their health risks and their potential for abuse.

One essential rule: everyone reacts differently

The perception and the intensity of the effects can vary considerably from one person to another. Caution must therefore always prevail:

Always start with a minimal amount. Do not increase your consumption quickly and never look for the strongest possible effect.

Do not drive after consumption, do not mix these products with alcohol or other substances and always keep them out of the reach of children. These products are intended exclusively for adults and are not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Potency is not a guarantee of quality. Our priority remains control, consistency and transparency.

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 24 to 48 working hours, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Any order placed on a Friday after 2 pm, during the weekend or on a public holiday will be processed from the next working day.

Example: an order placed on Friday after 2 pm will be prepared on Monday and handed over to the delivery service. The delivery time only starts to run once the parcel has been taken over by the carrier.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• Belgium: 24 to 48 working hours
• France: 48 to 72 working hours
• Germany: 48 to 72 working hours
• Luxembourg: 48 to 72 working hours
• Netherlands: 48 to 72 working hours

All orders are shipped in neutral and discreet packaging, with no visible indication of the contents. A tracking number is provided as soon as the parcel is taken over by the carrier.

Our head office is located in Switzerland, but we have offices and logistics facilities in several European countries.

Orders intended for the European Union are therefore prepared and dispatched from Europe. This allows us to meet the delivery times announced and to deliver quickly, just like a local company.

You do not pay any additional fee linked to our Swiss head office and no customs clearance charge will be requested when you receive your parcel.

We currently offer two secure payment methods: Pay by Bank and SEPA Instant.

Pay by Bank

Pay by Bank allows you to pay directly from your bank account, without using a card.

The steps may vary depending on your bank. Some banks will simply ask you to log in to your banking app and confirm the payment. Others may ask for your account number or an additional validation.

Pay by Bank is available in most European countries, with the exception of France.

Customers located in France should select payment by SEPA Instant.

SEPA Instant

SEPA Instant allows you to make a fast and secure bank transfer. Validation is usually done with your phone number and your banking app.

This payment method is available in France as well as in most European countries.

What to do if Pay by Bank does not work?

A refusal may be linked to your bank's security settings, to a restriction on online payments or to a temporary incompatibility with the service.

We advise you to:

• check that online payments are allowed in your banking app;
• check your payment limits;
• try again from another browser or device;
• contact your bank if the payment remains blocked.

If the problem persists, simply select SEPA Instant, which also works with most European banks.

In addition to Pay by Bank and SEPA Instant, we also offer the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Google Pay, Apple Pay and payment by QR code.

Payment by card, Google Pay or Apple Pay

Once your order is confirmed, you will quickly receive a secure payment link allowing you to pay with:

• Visa;
• Mastercard;
• Google Pay;
• Apple Pay.

The amount shown on the payment link will be indicated in Swiss francs (CHF), as our head office is located in Switzerland.

There is no reason to worry: the amount is adjusted in order to limit as much as possible the impact of any exchange rate difference. Depending on your bank, slight conversion fees may nevertheless be applied beyond our control.

Even though our company is Swiss, orders intended for Europe are processed from our offices and logistics partners located in several European countries. This allows us to meet the preparation and delivery times announced.

Payment by QR code

You can also choose payment by QR code.

After your order, you will receive a QR code that you simply need to scan with your banking app. Once the payment has been made, you can send us the proof of payment.

Sending this proof allows us to check your payment more quickly and to speed up the preparation of your order. Dispatch nevertheless remains subject to the final confirmation that the payment has been received.

If your bank asks you who should bear the fees linked to the payment, always select the option indicating that the fees are payable by the beneficiary, that is to say by us.

Depending on your bank, this option may appear under one of the following labels: "Fees payable by the beneficiary", "fees payable by the recipient" or "BEN".

You must therefore not select the option indicating that all the fees are payable by you.

Your order is protected during transport. If your parcel is lost, stolen or damaged, simply contact our customer service.

After checking with the carrier, we will offer you, depending on your preference and on the situation, a new shipment free of charge or a full refund of your order.

We take care of the necessary steps in order to spare you any complication.

For reasons of hygiene, safety and compliance, we cannot accept the return of a product that has been opened or used.

However, if the item received is damaged, faulty or different from the one ordered, contact us within 15 days of receiving it.

After checking, we will quickly offer you a suitable solution: replacement of the product or refund.

To preserve the quality of your products, store them in a cool, dry place away from light. Flowers and resins are ideally kept in an airtight container.

CBD is generally well tolerated. In rare cases, it may cause slight drowsiness or dry mouth. We recommend starting with a low dose and increasing gradually. If in doubt, consult your doctor.
